E-Learning Design
Various studies have shown that E-learning can significantly increase the return on the investment in training. Technology based training saves time without affecting learner benefits whilst minimising travel costs and time away from work. It is both cost effective and can meet the needs of geographically dispersed employees whilst maintaining a consistency of delivery which is not always the case with live, traditional training. E-Learning offers a more individualised instruction and produces consistently higher performance results than traditional training. Other studies have also shown that employees who receive online training are more productive than those who don’t and an ongoing training programme will reduce staff turnover with the ultimate result of improving customer satisfaction and company performance. The effectiveness of E-learning can also be supported by tutoring / coaching and mentoring activities within organisations.

Learning Management System
Equator provide “real time “ management information for all of our projects so our clients can evaluate the online training. You can see how many users are on line at any given time as well as how many have registered and from which offices. From this real time reporting, you will be able to see average scores, identify areas of weakness and also evaluate the course success as well as receive online feedback from each user. This is a valuable tool, as user feedback can be used to facilitate changes with the online study as it moves forwards and evolves.
Subject Modules.
Students will work through a series of subject specific modules on the course which will represent the desired subjects that you deem to be of strategic importance. Each of the modules will consist of general information about the subject with pop up photos / images and interactive multi choice questions. Additional modules can be added as and when required.
Student Support.
A student support / fourm and messaging system can be provided and managed by yourselves.
Interactive Functionality
The functionality of our courses will be simple and easy to understand although stimulating and colourful throughout. The aim is to create a fun and stimulating learning experience that delivers results through better product knowledge. Throughout the modules, students will be presented with random multiple choice questions and flash amimated games to re-inforce and vary the learning experience.
